This curriculum begins with a foundation course, Managing for Success, followed by courses in Managing Performance and specific Supervisory Skills.

Our curriculum builds the effectiveness of supervisors and managers.  It stresses company procedures such as constructive performance reviews, effective objective setting, skilled hiring of the right people, and positive discipline.

We also emphasize interpersonal supervisory skills such as productive coaching, usable feedback and the best team building ways to deal with conflict.
